Our student houses and apartments in Peoria offer safe, student-only living, with on-site laundry facilities, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and most of our apartments offer free WIFI.
Our apartments are Student Only, meaning that we do not rent to anyone except full time students. The buildings are one block from campus and we have 1 to 3 bedroom apartments in each of these buildings.
Our homes offer many different choices of style and location. All of our student homes are 1 to 4 blocks from campus and can accommodate anywhere from 3 to 9 students.
